Hidden JuJu is owned by Angela Ocuto Howell and James Howell, residents of Ashe County, North Carolina. Hidden JuJu is a web store only, and does not have a physical location.

"Hidden JuJu" refers to this business, and all of the activities performed by this business, including selling retail products, sourcing wholesale products, collecting payment methods, accounting, marketing, and communications.

"Customer" refers to any person who completes a transaction with Hidden JuJu.

"User" refers to any person that browses our website, but doesn't make a purchase.

"Marketing" refers to any activity performed to facilitate a sale, advertise products, or raise awareness about Hidden JuJu.

Hidden JuJu will comply with any laws of the United States, North Carolina, and newly-formed privacy laws for the state of California. As we do not ship outside the United States, we will not worry about complying with European Union Privacy Laws. Hidden JuJu will use cookies and a Facebook Pixel to better target our online marketing to appropriate customers, and use analytics tools like Google Analytics. However, Hidden JuJu will not sell customer information to third parties.

Hidden JuJu primarily sells stones, crystals, fossils, and home decoration items. Hidden JuJu will not be held responsible for any dangerous or inappropriate use of our products. Our products are designed to look at and hold, not throw, eat, or interact with in any way.

If items are damaged when they arrive to you, we will take full responsibility, and offer you a refund. However, we will require proof that the item is damaged, and you will need to send the item back to us.
